OneYear Blogaversary!!!!

One year ago my husband was away for the weekend helping with Disciple Now and I got this crazy, wild idea to start a blog! I remember thinking "what in the world am I going to write about?" and "who in the world is even going to read this thing?"

Believe me when I say that I had NO idea the impact that blogging would have on my life. I am not a writer by any stretch of the imagination, but I have enjoyed having a place to journal and document most of what has gone on in the past year. And surprisingly, people did read!

I have made some of the sweetest friends as a result of this blog....some I have met, and some I may not get to meet on this side of heaven(but I am hoping!) I have been encouraged and prayed for probably more than I'll ever know, but I have also counted it a privilege to be able to pray for you all.

There are times when I'm just amazed at how God is using this blogging community for His glory. Isn't He just the coolest?!?!?!?


One thing I knew when I started blogging was that I would love the design aspect...playing around with backgrounds and headers was right up my alley...but, I had no idea that a year later I would be starting a little side business doing blogs for other people!
