Well, I stumbled across a decent deal on 0verstock and decided to splurge with a little "fun money" on a new toy.
Now I am itching to get it and start playing around with it. You know, in all of my spare time ;-) Just looking at all of these images inspire me!
I don't even have a goldfish, but this makes me want one so I can make a cute fishbowl. LOL!
And, they have a new interfacing product that allows you to cut out fabric. Now this is right up my alley!

I've ordered a few supplies to get started with, but I would love to know if any of you have any tips, tricks or anything to help me get going with this. I can't wait!

ReplyDeleteFirst, I'm one of those that never comments BUT I had to stop and say hello today. I have a silhouette also and I swear part of the reason was that fish bowl. It is the cutest thing ever and we don't have fish and don't have plans to get one but something about that cute little bowl got me. Well, that among other things. It took me a few months to get comfortable with it. I was so intimidated with the whole concept that I just stared at it and the software for at least a month. I started small with paper projects and have had fun (hello, cupcake toppers!!!! worth it alone). Anyway, enjoy the machine and I cannot wait to see what you create with it!
