This Feltman Brothers smocked dress was mine when I was a little girl. I'm so glad that my mom saved it because I've dreamed of the day when I could put it on my little girl. Now the day has come where I have not one but two perfect princesses to dress up!
I love the delicate embroidery and the sweet scalloped hem. It's just so pretty!
