What a great weekend we had! Our little Boo was with us while her mommy was out of town for work and we had so much fun with her. She is such a mess and kept us laughing the whole weekend!
Friday night we went with some friends to see this this and had a great time. Well, I should say Chad and I had a great time...E had a $5.00 nap! She did pretty good for the first little bit, but fell asleep with about 45 minutes to go. It was pretty cute and funny, but I think I like the first one better.
Saturday we ran some errands and on our way home E was giving us a little concert of all the songs she knows. I asked her if she would sing them for the camera when we got home so we could put it on the blog. She quickly agreed and for your listening and viewing pleasure I present Miss Priss's rendition of Take Me Out to the Ballgame...
Besides being cute, she is also a stinker! Sunday morning she was dressed and ready for church and looking so adorable. Chad had tied her scarf around her neck and it was a perfect photo op. For some reason, in between her agreeing to have her picture made and Chad going to get the camera, she decided she didn't want the scarf on, proceeded to rip it off her neck, never minding the fact that she was choking herself, and then have a meltdown on the floor. Needless to say, we did not end up with a pretty picture.
Here are some of the things that funny mug said...
~ We were laying in bed watching Shrek 2 for the fifteenth time and I sneezed. Chad said "Bless you" and E said "Hey! You bless-you'd on me!"
~ Chad called Monday morning and talked to E for a little while. Then he asked if he could talk to me and she said "No, you can talk to me right now." Alrighty then!
~ We had been talking about how much Jesus loves her and how He made her and loves her more than anybody, even more than us. I asked her who loved her the most and she said "Bubba". Um, no. Nice try sista!
Oh, there are so many more that I just can't think of right now. I am telling you....this girl is a trip!

P.S. I know it's still a little early for Christmas...but I HAD to get some pink back on this blog. I was having withdrawal! I liked the fall look, but it just didn't work with my need for PINK!!!

ReplyDeleteWe need to get her and EG together - EG says some of the funniest things. Just yesterday I smelled a horrible odor (our dog has mad gas but I thought EG might've done her number) and I asked Eva, "did you do a stinkie?" and she looked at me and smiled and very sweetly said, "nnooooo, did YOU do a stinkie?" I just cracked up!!
I'm sure you wanted to know that. :)
