Sprinkle Shower!

I am so blessed to have such sweet friends who came to celebrate Emery and Kinley with me this past weekend. One of my besties, Emily, threw an adorable Sprinkle Shower for me with friends that we used to go to church with. I was so excited to see them all, because most of them I haven't seen for a couple of years. How cute is the cake that our friend, Maria, made to match the invitation?! Loved it! And, it was delicious too =)

Emily had some yummy things for us to snack on and her pink sherbert punch was delicious! I told my friend, Melissa, that one of the things I love most about showers is getting to have punch!

We played a couple of fun games, one of which was the baby food game. I didn't get them all right, but I came close. Not too bad for a girl who has never bought or tasted baby food before ;-)

We received some cute, cute gifts for our girls. And, some very practical things like diapers and wipes. Can never have too many of those!

I'm so grateful for Emily and the time she took to plan such a fun night! (I can't believe I didn't get a picture with just her - she's on my right in the group picture below) Many of these girls I have known for over 10 years. I'm so thankful for each one of them and the part they have played in our journey to parenthood. It was such a special evening spent celebrating our answers to prayer!
