Chad was recently gone for a week during vbs and youth mission camp so he was able to take some time off to make up for the over time. We were so excited about our "family fun week"! We decided to take the girls to the zoo for the first time.
They were excited, if you can't tell ;-)
Kinley slept the whole time, but Miss Emery did not want to miss out on anything. She wasn't too happy when we stopped to look at the animals, so we did a lot of "drive-by's" to keep the stroller moving. She kept looking up at us through the little window like "hey, are y'all still there?!"

Overall we had a great day and can't wait to go back when the girls are a little older!
I love the zoo! I haven't been to the Asheboro one though. We took our niece and nephew down to Columbia a few years ago because people said it was a lot less walking than Asheboro. But, the zoo and Disney are the 2 places I can't WAIT to take Shelbs! See you Saturday! :-)
