My birthday weekend...in pictures

What a wonderful weekend the Lord blessed me with! I had such a great time celebrating my birthday with those that I love. I am truly so grateful for my family and the friends that God has placed in my life...I really don't know what I would do without them!

As you know, I enjoyed a fabulous lunch on Friday. Here we are at The Penguin.

Then we went to the mall for a little shopping! Yippee! I found a pair of trouser jeans, a great little brown sweater swing jacket, and some awesome brown boots! After that we headed up to my parents where they had fixed my favorite meal...Chicken Breasts Supreme....so yummy!!!

Then came the cake!

The fun didn't stop on Friday, it kept on all weekend. E spent the night with us on Friday night and we enjoyed our Saturday morning with her. Chad made chocolate chip pecan pancakes for breakfast (he was trying to not be outdone by MiMi!) and they were yummy! We had lunch at Ch*c-fil-@ and then saw Fireproof. Oh ya'll, it is so good! You MUST go and see it!

Saturday night, we headed to PF Changs with our best friends. It was such a fun night with our bff's! Here are some pics from the night.

And, as if that weren't enough celebrating for one girl's birthday, we went to my in-laws last night for dinner. Chad's mom made some of my favorites...roast with rice and gravy, green beans, and pineapple casserole (hello...sooo good!) And then we had a yummy apple pie that Chad's grandma made.

Did I mention that I also got some great gifts? You wanna see some of them?

I was really hoping to get some new clothes for fall and my sisters-in-law gave me two cute v-neck shirts and a really pretty black sweater. Along with my St@rbucks gift card and money to shop from my hubby, I also got more money to shop, a gift card to Marsh@ll's, a pretty beaded necklace, some skin care products, Beth Moore's 90 days with John Beloved Disciple book, a super cute birthday garden flag, and a precious wall hanging that will be perfect in the room that will one day be our nursery!

I am one blessed little lady! God has been so good to me these last 27 years, and I am praying that this year will be one of the best yet! I am believing Him for miracles to be done and praying that this year will be marked with a baby, and that we would become a family of three (or four, or five!) I am so thankful that the Lord has brought each one of YOU into my life as well and I appreciate your prayers from the bottom of my heart! I count it a privilege to pray for you as well!
