Y'all, I am telling you, God is just the coolest! Last night before Target group a sweet, sweet friend told me that she had a gift for me.
This is what was in the back of her van...
And this is what I saw when I opened the lid...
But it didn't stop there...
Can you even believe this???
I can't!! She gave me HUNDREDS of dollars worth of embroidery thread! I was completely blown away and just speechless. The kind with the green spools are the exact same kind I buy for my embroidery machine.
This dear friend used to own a sewing shop and had all of this stuff left over. She was cleaning out her storage areas and came across it all and, when she was wondering what she would do with it, the Lord told her "give it to Faith!"
I am so thankful for generous souls, God's amazing love and for the unexpected blessings that He gives.
The Lord loves me, and YOU!!!!
How fun! I have always wanted to learn how to do embroidery! I just know I would go nuts with it! I bet you already have a list of projects you want to do with all your new thread! Enjoy! :)

Hi! I just discovered your blog from visiting, "Bless Our Nest!" She mentioned that you designed her cute blog button...are you designing buttons for others or banners, etc...I am definitely interested if so! Thanks so much! Happy Valentine Blessings to you and your family! With love from Colorado, Denise :-)

ReplyDeleteWow, what provision! I love it when people give me craft stuff, or when I find really good deals! =)
ReplyDeleteOkay, I know I already commented, but I just have to share. Yesterday my grandma gave me 70+ sheets of really nice double-sided scrapbooking paper! She had gotten it in some kit or something and didn't want them, so that was a huge blessing for me! =)
